Designed a high-end custom 720 square foot residential cottage in Lakeport, California with the feeling of a small resort spa in the country to the pleasure of the clients. Completely managed all aspects of the project including creating all documents and interacting with the contractor and consultants. Developed, inspired and encouraged a team environment. Was relied upon for quick yet feasible solutions to compromised situations whether in budget or design including developing distinctive forms of presentations to city groups, communities and clients.

Developed six color schemes for a million-dollar private housing community in Alameda including various stains for shingled housing and paint colors for window treatments, trim and garage. Clients were interested in something unique, yet conservative and were so pleased with the initial proposal that no further work or modifications were warranted.

Coordinated with engineers, contractors and the principal to focus structural, practical, and aesthetic decisions regarding detailing the finished product while maintaining and supporting the integrity of the original design. Increased office stability and implemented higher quality standards in the areas of accuracy, presentation and systemization.
